How to send something back, and how exchanges work.
Returns window
Returns accepted within 14 days of delivery for unworn pieces with original tags attached. Final-sale items are not returnable.
How to initiate
Email returns@pilaeo.com with your order number and a brief reason. We’ll send you a return label and instructions.
Exchanges
We don’t do direct exchanges. Return the original piece and place a new order — that way you’re not waiting on stock decisions.
Refund timing
Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 business days of us receiving the return.
